Tiger Prop Blade Tip Comparison

Compared to the Tiger Propellers that Henleys manufacture, the following photos of a 63" Ø propeller made in Finland have even thinner tip blade than that of a standard 25" Ø bronze propeller. This brings the blade tip to have greater deflection, thus the blade tip strength of a tiger propellers is far more improved.

 

A standard tiger propeller tip is far more stronger than this propeller....

The blade tips can be deflected by bare hands.

This prop has a blade tip deflection of more than 3 mm.

A standard 5 blade tiger propellers with tip deflection of only 2 mm which is far lower than these propellers made in Finland.
